As your one-stop shop, we offer partial and full-service planning, decoration rental and day of coordination to make your event unforgettable.

OUR STORY
My husband and I were married this past September, and we had the privilege of planning our dream wedding. With our combined experience in corporate event planning, our special day went off without a hitch!
As we recalled the joy we experienced during the planning process, we felt inspired to share the love and happiness we had on that day. This motivation led us to put our creativity to work—why not spread that joy by helping others with their celebration planning?

Create a budget based on the client's requests. Allocate costs towards each category for planning & executing the event.
VENUE/Vendor Sourcing

Sourcing Venues & Vendors that meet client expectations & any accommodations.

Managing venue & vendors from start to finish. All vendor communications, timelines, expectations, etc.
Decoration Rental w/ Setup & Breakdown

We have a variety of rentals available; prices vary per item. To avoid products being damaged in transit, our team with deliver, setup, and breakdown. $100 delivery fee.
Event Design
$20/guest
Full theme brainstorming & creation, complete event decorations and decorator. Decoration prices can vary based on needs/wants.
Setup/Breakdown of Decorations
$10/guest
Setup & Breakdown of Decorations. Either decorations provided by Timeless Impressions or the client.
Day-Of Coordination
$150/hour
Manage all vendors, guests, and wedding party day of. Coordination of entrances, songs, dances, etc.
